The app only collects data that you enter yourself:

• The names of your checks (e.g. “Iron”)
• Your check history (date and time)
• The photos or videos you choose to add as proof
• Your first name, if you provide it
• Your preferences (sound on or off, reminders)

The content you enter may reveal information about your health. We handle it with the corresponding level of protection: local storage and no commercial use.

Camera and microphone: the app only accesses these when you choose to record a proof. The microphone is only used for the audio in your videos. These recordings remain on your device.

The content you enter — your checks, your history, your proofs, your preferences — is stored only on your device, in the app's local storage. We do not have access to it, and it is not sent to any of our servers.

Depending on your device, three services are involved, and none receives the content you enter:

• RevenueCat: manages your Premium subscription. This service receives a pseudonymous installation identifier, which cannot identify you directly, and your subscription status (active, trial, expired). It receives neither your checks, nor your history, nor your proofs.

• Apple (App Store) on iPhone, or Google (Google Play) on Android: handles subscription payments and billing under its own privacy policy.

• Sentry: receives a technical report only when the app encounters an error, so that we can fix it. This report contains the device model, the operating system version (iOS or Android) and the relevant location in the code. It contains neither your identity, nor your IP address, nor any screenshots, and the names of your checks and the paths to your proofs are removed before it is sent.

We do not sell any data or use any advertising or tracking tools.

The app's “Share” feature allows you to share your own data with anyone you choose, entirely under your control. Nothing is shared without action on your part.

Your data is kept on your device for as long as you use the app. Uninstalling the app deletes all of its content. The “Delete my data” feature erases your checks, your history and your preferences.

Your subscription data is retained by RevenueCat and Apple or Google under their own policies, independently of the app.

• Right of access: all your data is visible directly in the app.

• Right to rectification: you can edit or delete any item at any time.

• Right to erasure: use “Delete my data” in My account.

• Right to data portability: the sharing feature allows you to export your history.

As your data remains on your device, you retain direct control over it. For data held by RevenueCat, Apple, Google or Sentry, you can write to us at the address below.
